Why Contribute
to SCETT Fund?
Contributions
to SCETT Fund are fully reimbursed by the Federal Government because it is
a bonafide fringe benefit fund under the Service Contract Act.
Participating Employers
may be reimbursed up to 90% of their contributions when they invest in
workforce or safety training.
Fund Reimbursements are available for:
- On-The-Job
Training:
SCETT Fund will reimburse 30% of the wages of an employee designated to train other employees on the job. - Classroom
Instruction:
SCETT Fund will reimburse 100% of employees' wages while attending safety or training meetings. - Third Party
Instruction:
SCETT Fund will reimburse 100% of the costs of a third party instructor.
Participants can utilize this program to be more competitive or to improve their revenue stream.
